THE PRACTICE MANAGER

The practice manager is responsible for administration and ensures the smooth running of the practice. He will answer any non-medical queries related to the surgery.

THE PRACTICE NURSES

The practice nurses are available for consultation by appointment throughout the day or by referral from the Doctors only during surgery times.

THE RECEPTIONISTS

The receptionists are there to help you make appointments, answer telephone calls and arrange home visits, organise the repeat prescriptions and update records on the computer.
